This wine is obtained with 100% Cornalin grapes, harvested in late October. It’s a local variety really important, cousin of the well-known Fumin; both they were very popular in Aosta Valley from the XIX century.

Grapes are transported to the winery, crushed and left to fermentation in steel tanks for both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. It’s bottles by May.
Intense and slightly spicy fragrances, interesting tannins.
