The vineyard is at 750 meters of altitude, it has an extension of 5000 sqm and a south-eastern exposure. The harvest is in early September. A remarkable thermal excursion distinguishes this Chardonnay from its national and international cousins, giving it fragrance and freshness. We do a slight maceration on the skins, after which, we squeeze the grapes and we begin a controlled temperature maceration.

After some months of fining in steel tanks, the new wine is bottled and in spring is ready for sale.
